Regarding the issue occurred when making in-game purchases on Google Play

Dear Players,
As of 7/16 17:00 PST, some users were unable to make in-app purchases due to an issue with Google Play.
We have been informed by Google that this issue has been resolved. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused during this time.
Any users affected by the issues with the Google Play Store will be contacted via e-mail by Google Play Support with updates on the situation, and will receive a refund. We ask that users who haven't received a refund yet wait a little while longer.
