The list of characters affected by the Skill Effect Filter issue has been confirmed. This issue will be fixed during future maintenance. Affected characters when filtering by Passive Skill effects: [Rising Star in North Galaxy] Goku (Angel) [Strongest in the Otherworld] Super Saiyan Goku (Angel) [Tyrant of the Otherworld] Perfect Cell (Angel) [Hell Conquering Ambition] Frieza (Final Form) (Angel) [Lying in Wait] King Cold (Angel)
