Regarding an issue with the sound effects for Active Skills.

Dear Players,
An issue regarding the sound effects for Active Skills was found. There are currently cases where if an Active Skill is activated in different consecutive battles, the Active Skill voice line may stop playing for all characters. Please restart the game if the aforementioned issue occurs.
This issue does not affect the functionality of the game, and will be fixed in a future update.
We truly apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.
