In "Rising Dragon Carnival", an SR or higher character is guaranteed per Summon! In addition, the SSR summon rate is doubled!
Moreover, [Mysterious Ritual] Elder Kai can be recruited to your team by performing a Multi-Summon! Selecting [Mysterious Ritual] Elder Kai as a Training Partner is guaranteed to level up the Super Attack by 1!
