 | Regarding Issues in Update 4.12.0 |

Dear Players,
The following issues were found in Update 4.12.0 that was released on 11/5 (Thu) PST.
1. After the update, the character level of Hercule Statues may have been reduced to Level 1 for certain devices. This issue is only a display error and does not affect the Zeni obtained upon selling Hercule Statues. If you encounter this issue, restarting the game may help with the situation.
2. When using a Special Sticker, tapping the "OK" button repeatedly in the "Warning" window may cause the game to crash. If the issue occurs, the visual effect applied to the selected character will still be displayed properly after restarting the game.
3. When performing an Extreme Z-Awakening on [The Tiniest Top-Notch Hero] Vegito (Candy) or [Super Ghost Prank] Super Saiyan Gotenks & Ghost, an error may occur and interrupt the Extreme Z-Awakening process. Some players may encounter crashing or be returned to the title page due to this issue. Awakening Medals will not be consumed if you encounter this issue, and restarting the game may help with the situation. Please note that this issue may also occur with characters who can be Extreme Z-Awakened in the future.
4. An issue was found where certain items in your possession cannot be displayed properly. Restarting the game may help with the situation. This is only a display error and does not affect the actual number of items held.
5. An issue was found where certain buttons cannot be displayed or function properly. Restarting the game may help with the situation.
6. An issue was found where the sound effects of Shenron cannot be played properly in the tutorial animation.
The above issues will be fixed in future updates. Details regarding the fixes will be updated later in this announcement.
